Dr. Hikyu Lee, President and Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Hikyu Lee oversees the strategic vision, overall management and leadership of Softlinx. Prior to founding Softlinx he was president and CEO of Samsung Software America, Inc., a U.S. subsidiary of Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd., responsible for advanced product and market development in the areas of network computing and digital media software technologies. Under his leadership Samsung introduced a number of innovative, market-leading products in RISC-based computing platforms, networking systems and document imaging application software. In the 1980s, Dr. Lee held various senior management positions at AT&T Bell Laboratories and Bellcore, responsible for next generation computing systems research and large-scale, telecommunications service provisioning software development. Dr. Lee holds a B.S. in electronics engineering from Seoul National University, Korea and a Ph.D. in computer science from Princeton University.

Frank S. Woo, Chief Operating Officer
Frank Woo brings strong operational experience to Softlinx management team with his over twenty years of information technology industry executive career. He directs the company’s day-to-day operation and is instrumental in the development and implementation of product development, marketing and sales strategies. Prior to joining Softlinx, Woo was director and general manager of Integrated Multimedia and Wireless Products at Lotus Development Corporation, responsible for directing product and business development activities in the areas of new media and wireless markets. Prior to Lotus, he was managing director of Far East Operations at Computer Associates, responsible for general management and software systems business development in Pacific-Rim countries. He also served as vice president of GE Software International, a subsidiary of General Electric. Woo holds several US patents in the area of integrated multimedia messaging. Woo holds a B.S. in mathematics from Northeastern University and an MBA from Boston University.

Andy Rouse, Chief Technology Officer
Andy Rouse guides the technical direction of the Softlinx document delivery software product line. He was the key technical contributor in architecting and developing DocuRouter, Softlinx' rule-based document routing framework. Prior to joining Softlinx, Rouse was software architect at Lotus Development Corporation, responsible for development of a number of products, such as Lotus Domino access server for wireless devices, Lotus Domino fax server, and Lotus integrated messaging server for voice mail. Prior to Lotus, he was software developer at Apollo Computer working on networking software. He also developed telephony-related software for a number of start-up companies early in his career. Rouse holds several patents in the area of integrated messaging and wireless device server software. Rouse holds a B.A. in mathematics from Harvard College, an M.Ed. from Tufts University, and an M.S. in computer science from Boston University.
