Dr. Hikyu Lee, President and Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Hikyu Lee founded Softlinx in 1993. Since then, Dr. Lee has been responsible for managing the overall business and product strategy of the company. Prior to founding Softlinx, Dr. Lee was president and CEO of Samsung Software America, Inc., a U.S. subsidiary of Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd., where he was responsible for advanced product and market development in the areas of network computing and digital media software technologies. Preceding Samsung, Dr. Lee was responsible for next generation computing systems research and large-scale, telecommunications software development at AT&T Bell Laboratories and Bellcore. Dr. Lee holds MA and Ph.D. in Computer Science from Princeton University, and a BSEE from Seoul National University.

Frank S. Woo, Chief Operating Officer

Frank Woo brings over twenty years of information technology industry experience to the Softlinx management team. He manages the company’s day-to-day activities and is responsible for product development and sales operations. Prior to joining Softlinx, Mr. Woo was Director and General Manager of Integrated Multimedia and Wireless Products at Lotus Development Corporation, where he was responsible for directing product and business development activities. Prior to Lotus, he served as Managing Director of Far East Operations at Computer Associates. He also served as Vice President of GE Software International, a subsidiary of General Electric. Mr. Woo holds several US patents in the area of integrated multimedia messaging. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Northeastern University and an MBA from Boston University.

Seth Hillman, Software Architect/VP Development

With over eighteen years experience in software development and project management, Seth Hillman is responsible for guiding all product development activities at Softlinx. Prior to joining Softlinx, Mr. Hillman was Director of Development at Anacomp where he launched SaaS-based document management solutions as Manager of Anacomp's software development group. Prior to Anacomp, Mr. Hillman worked for Adesso Software, TASC and Digital Equipment Corporation. Mr. Hillman holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
