Softlinx customers include both U.S. federal and local government agencies, including the EPA, State of New York, U.S. Department of Agriculture, City of Roanoke, Dept. of Corrections and Manatee County of as well as the United Nations, Birmingham City Council of U.K. and Railcorp Australia in overseas markets.

Softlinx is a GSA vendor (GSA Schedule 70, Contract #: GS-35F-0043S) that supplies IT software and professional services to the U.S. federal government and New York State IT Services supplier (Contract #: CMT 429 A).
