The Softlinx family of Document Connector products enable automated, electronic document capture, processing, delivery
and management between related software applications such as network scanning, e-mail, document management system,
fax servers and enterprise business applications.

The Oracle Content Server Connector for eCopy™ ShareScan® OP
The Oracle Content Server Connector for eCopy ShareScan OP allows you to quickly convert hard copy
documents into digital files in the Oracle Content Server folders and document workflows.
Content information, such as Document Type, Security Group, Author and custom metadata,
can be input at the digital copier or scanner. Content information can also be pre-set for each
document type to minimize the amount of information that must be input at the scanner.
Oracle ECM Application users can manage paper documents with more efficiency and fewer errors while supporting
document lifecycle management and existing business processes. The Oracle Content Server Connector for eCopy ShareScan
OP is directly integrated with Oracle Content Server functions for document management, security and workflow to
ensure consistent user interface and ease of administration for document filing, indexing and configuration.

The Oracle Content Server Connector for Workshare Professional
The Oracle Content Server Connector for Workshare Professional allows you to quickly and effortlessly
compare different versions of a document and identify changes from within
Oracle Content Server to streamline the document review process.
Document Comparison Process for Oracle Content Server
1) Select a document to compare different versions.
In the Content Information, choose “Compare Revisions” in the Actions menu.

2) Select two revisions and click “Compare Revisions” button.

3) View comparison result.

4) View change summary.

About the Oracle Content Server Connector for Workshare Professional
- Oracle Content Server Connector for Workshare Professional installs on the Oracle Content Server.
- Each user is required to install Workshare Professional 5 on their desktop.
- Workshare Professional provides Three-pane View that displays the original, modified and redline documents
within a single interface.
- Workshare Professional also provides Change Summary window that lists all changes in the order
in which they were made.

The Oracle Content Server Connector for Workshare DeltaView allows you to quickly and effortlessly
compare different versions of a document and identify changes from within
Oracle Content Server to streamline the document review process.
Document Comparison Process for Oracle Content Server
1) Select a document to compare different versions.

2) In the Content Information, choose “Compare Revisions” in the Actions menu.

4) Select “Open with” and press OK.

5) View comparison result.

The Oracle Content Server Connector for Softlinx ReplixFax
Using the Oracle Content Server Connector for Softlinx ReplixFax, you can electronically capture any inbound and
outbound faxes from the ReplixFax fax server, index and file them into Oracle Content Server folders
without any manual effort.

The Oracle Content Server Connector for Softlinx ReplixFax: An Example

Use ReplixFax email-to-fax client to send fax. Successfully sent fax is electronically captured,
indexed and delivered to a designated Stellent folder.
In this example a new money transfer order form is faxed to a customer. Upon successful transmission,
the fax is captured and routed to a newly created Stellent folder based on the sales agent number according to the filing rule.

Successfully received fax is electronically captured, indexed and delivered to a designated Oracle Content Server folder.
In this example the signed order is received by the ReplixFax fax server and delivered to a Oracle Content Server
folder based on the sales agent number to pair it with the new order form sent to the customer initially.
Once the order is filed in the folder, Oracle Content Server Workflow steps can start to process the order instantly.

- Inbound and/or outbound faxes are automatically captured, indexed and stored into Oracle Content Server folders
- Fax document metadata such as date or time of receipt, sender identification and recipient fax extension are automatically captured and inserted into
